PEANUT BUTTER PIE

 

9-inch pie shell, baked

½ C. creamy peanut butter

¾ C. powdered sugar

2 C. vanilla pudding, instant or cooled cooked   

   pudding

2 C. whipped topping*

 

Blend peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle ½ of crumbs into the pie shell. Pour pudding into pie shell. Cover with whipped topping. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill before serving to blend flavors. Makes 1 pie.
